There is no checkout here and there is no price list. A stone enquiry is an agreement about material, size, finish and destination, and the answer depends on those four things. Send them and the reply carries what can actually be shipped.

A sample before the order

A sample piece is cut from the stock itself, so what arrives is the material that would be supplied rather than a photograph of it. Sample cost and carriage are quoted with the request.

Where it goes from

Dispatch is from our processing base in the Shunde and Yunfu cluster, and the loading port is chosen against the shipping line. Terms are quoted FOB or CIF against the destination. The stone is quarried in Tuscany and the processing is done in China — two separate places, and we do not merge them.

HS classification

The classification of natural stone follows how far the stone has been worked, not the name of the stone and not the colour. A slab that has been sawn into a rectangular shape and a slab that has been polished and cut to size are declared under different lines, and the invoice carries the line that matches the goods that actually ship.
